Flames of War "Take the Village"

 This After Action Report is not historical but a fun little pick up game.  Aidan played our German player while James and Kenny Played the Americans.  The German object, can the infantry hold the town long enough for the mighty Tiger Tanks to arrive.  The American Objective is to capture the town before the Tigers arrive.  Can the American Armor Take the town?

Aidan takes advantage of the building for cover deploying many of his Grenadiers in hidden locations.  He also has some anti-tank guns in hidden deployment. Aidan even makes sure the tight roads in and out of the village are maned by ambush formations.

The Americans try to Rush the Town by using a blitz attack.

The American attack is proving to be overwhelming vs. the German Infantry.  Aidan's Casualties begin to pile up.  

But the Tigers are coming and James and Kenny are shaking in fear.  Time is running out before Aidan's Tanks arrive to turn the tide.

The American Armor begin to take damage in the middle of the town thanks to the panzershrecks of the Germans.  However, The Shermans were too much.  And just 1 turn before the Tigers Arrive.  The Americans secure the town.  Congratulations to Kenny and James for winning the Battle.
