D&D Season 2 Entry 2

After returning to my base of operations.  I bring the young Paladin with me to interrogate the 2 Dragonborn prisoners.  Dragonborn come from the north and are rare creatures.  They also were found in the south which means they crossed my wall.  I need to know how and when they crossed my wall to fix the defenses.

The first Dragonborn was a female Dragonborn who did not look like she wanted to talk.  You can see the scars on her body and these scars are not scars of battle but of torture.  It looks like she was the subject of experimentation.  Quite evil Experimentation.  She told us nothing so I ordered her to remain in Jail.

The second Dragonborn was more forthcoming.  He was much more willing to talk with us.  This makes me suspicious but I am eager to hear what he has to say.  Even if it is a lie it is telling.  He made his way across the wall during the big battle.  When I pulled reenforcements he made his way over.  Though he did not tell me why he crossed the wall I venture that his mission does not deal with the wall or its defense so I judge he is no danger to my duties.  I order that he is free in certain sections of the castle.

That night there is a huge earthquake.  Which is mighty unusual for this region.  Parts of the wall are damaged and I suspect that this earthquake was not natural but an attempt by the enemy to attack us.  After consulting with the mages And scouts We have discovered that the origin of the quake is not natural but from 20 miles to my north.

After interrogating the second Dragonborn again He did tell us that there are new weapons and monsters being formed.  His intelligence was good enough that I was bringing him with me on a scouting mission to find out more.  The plan was simple.  The Scouting mission will take boats along the coast to save time and land near the quake site.  To hide this action, my youngest brother will lead a raid to distract from what we are doing...  Let's pray that it works.
