"Farkle" Board Game review

Farkle is a dice game that has similar to Yahtzee but more of a 21st century game.  To be honest, my wife and I saw this played on Smosh Games and wanted to try it for ourselves.  You can find their game by clicking this ling Smosh Games Carole

My Reviews are going to be graded like classes in College; A,B,C,D,E.  At the end we will get a GPA which will determine if this game makes distinguished honor roll, honor roll, passes or fails.  A good game should at least pass with a C average.

The categories I will be grading are 1) Presentation/Product/Package, 2) Game Rules/Mechanics,             3) Historical/fantasy Cannon Accuracy, 4) Cost/time, 5) Good Time and Memories

1) Product. Farkle is a simple product, dice cup, 6 dice, 1 page rule book and score pad.  I will knock it because they gave no pencil!!!!

2) Game Rules, This is more of a gamble than Yahtzee.  You need 10,000 points to win.  So times you can roll 3,000 at a time but some you can only roll 250.  You take a gamble of busting out with every roll and loose points too. But the best part.  My 4 year old loved the rules of the game.  So simple rules for a 4 year old.

3). Cannon Accuracy.  Ummmmm nothing so this will not be graded

4). Cost/time. It's less than $20 at target and worth every penny.  And we played two games in an hour with our son.  Almost perfect here

5).  Good memories/times.  It is a fun game and my memories with my son are precious.  By the way, the 4 year old won a game.  But compared to other games it is an average

GPA is 3.25 with only 4 grades.  It is a great family night game.  You will enjoy it.
